A brand new 120 bed aged care facility in Salter Point constructed by Samson Homes on behalf of Retirees WA. Our scope of works included interior lining (plasterboard and fibre cement (such as Duragroove pictured)), interior ceilings (including plasterboard and perforated), and external cladding.

Yes Interiors was successfully awarded this project during the trying times of 2021-2022 material and labour shortages. This project was a serious lesson in just making it work - a reflection on which gives serious appreciation to all stakeholders involved.
